Article ID: GV29-11-04-29-t
Released Date: 4/29/2011

Applied to
GV-AS110 with firmware V1.04

Symptom
After granting access to visitors using GV-VMWeb, the assigned visitor cards may be denied access by GV-AS110 due to card expiration when the visitor cards are still valid.

As shown below, visitor card 192-07715 was granted access between 15:50 and 16:50 on 4/27/2011.

At 15:52, the card was denied access and the message on GV-ASManager shows “Access Denied: Card Expired,” even though the card should be valid until 16:50.
