Symptom
If the Button Shapes function is turned on for iOS version 7.1 or later, the application failure of GV-iView / GV-iView HD might occur when you try to establish a RPB (Remote Playback) connection with GV-DVR / NVR.

Solution
To solve this RPB connection issue, disable the Button Shapes function. Refer to the steps below and follow the instructions to re-establish the RPB connection for GV-iView / GV-iView HD.

1. On the Home page, select the Settings icon, select General, select Accessibility, and close the Button Shapes function.

2. Open GV-iView or GV-iView HD, select the RPB View icon and select Connect to re-establish the RPB connection.
