[Technical Notice] Access Card Numbers Do Not Match Those on GV-ASManager

Symptom
After swiping the card to the GeoFinger 1900 reader, you may find the access number appearing on the GV-ASManager does not match the card number.
Solution
The Configure Card is required to resolve the issue. After you apply the Configure Card to the GeoFinger reader once, the issue will be resolved completely.
- Ensure the GeoFinger is in the standby mode of which the light is blue.
- Present the Configure Card to the GeoFinger. The light turns from steady blue to green with beeps for two times.
- The light turns blue again. The configuration is completed.
- Swipe the access card to ensure the card number matches that on the GV-ASManager.
