Summary
This document covers the basic instruction on adding GV-IP Cameras to Aimetis surveillance system using ONVIF protocols.

Instruction
  1. Run the Aimetis Symphony program, and click the Configuration button on the Toolbar.

  2. Find Devices on the left menu and click the New button. Camera1 is created in the device list.

  3. Under the Network tab, select ONVIF in the Manufacturer field. Type the IP Address, username and password of the GV-IP Camera, and click Connect to Camera.

    Tip: If you want the device name to be displayed under the device list, type the device name of the GV-IP Camera in the Name column as well.
  4. Upon connection, the system will show the model name and video information of the GV-IP Camera. Click OK to add the camera.

  5. On the main page, double-click the added GV-IP Camera under the device list at the upper-right corner. The live view is displayed.

    Note: Aimetis Symphony does not support audio function.
