Summary
This document describes the procedure of adding GV-IP Cameras to Mirasys surveillance software through ONVIF.

Instruction
  1. Execute the System Manager software. This dialog box appears.

  2. Type the ID and password to log in.
  3. From the menu, select the Recorders icon and select Hardware. The Hardware Settings window appears.

  4. To manually add a GV-IP Camera:
    1. From the Hardware Settings window, click the Add button. This dialog box appears.

    2. Type the Address, Port, User name and Password of the GV-IP Camera. The default port is 80 and the default User name and Password is admin.
    3. Click the OK button. This confirmation message appears.

    4. Click OK to confirm. The GV-IP Camera is added to the Video page of the Hardware Settings.

  5. To add a GV-IP Camera by auto scanning:
    1. From the Hardware Settings window (step 3), click the Scan button. The IP Camera Finder window appears and automatically searches for the IP devices on the same LAN.

    2. From the list of detected devices, select the GV-IP Camera you want to add and type its Username and Password.
    3. Click the Add the Selected Camera button .The GV-IP Camera is added to the Video page of the Hardware Settings window (step 4d).
  6. To watch the live view of the connected camera:
    1. Execute the Workstation software. This dialog box appears.

    2. Type the User name and Password and click OK to log in.
    3. From the left menu, click the Cameras group and click the camera. The live view appears.
