Summary
When the video images appear grainy especially under low light conditions, you can access the camera’s Web interface and lower the image sharpness to make the video smoother. In addition, lowering sharpness level can reduce the size of the recorded files and save storage space.
How to Adjust Camera Sharpness
- Open your web browser and type the IP address of the GV-IP Camera.
- Type the ID and Password to log in. The live view appears.
- Click the arrow button above the live view to open the control panel.

- Use the left and right arrows to find the Camera adjustment page.
- Lower the Sharpness level by dragging the slider.
- Click Save to apply the setting.
