[Technical Notice] Fixing Exposure Issue in GV-Combo B Cards

Summary
Using the patch file, you can fix the overexposure problem of GV-1480B / 1240B / 1120B Combo Cards, and change the default values of video attributes.

From the samples below, you can see that GV-1480B / 1240B / 1120B Combo Cards produce correctly exposed images after installing the patch file.

Installing the Patch
Before installing, close all GeoVision software first.
  1. Download the patch file from here.
  2. Unzip the downloaded file.
  3. Copy and paste the VideoAttributes folder to the GV-DVR / NVR folder (for example: C:\GV-1480\) and replace existing files if needed.
  4. Restart GV-DVR / NVR.
  5. To apply the new values of video attributes,
    1. In the main system, click the Configure button, select A/V Setting, select Video Attributes, and select Advanced.

    2. Click the Default button and click OK to apply the new values.
