user needs to change the source resolution on the HD-SDI camera.
User currently using HD-SDI-BX100 camera may refer to the user manual
provided below and use the control panel in the back of the camera to
access camera setup functions and change the resolution.

Please also take a note on the resolution configured on the camera.
The connected HD-SDI cameras must have a resolution under 1080p_30, 720p_60 or
1080i_60. The Video Lost message will be displayed when the connected channels
have higher resolution
