GV-MNVR1000 System

Symptom
When GV-NVR System Lite and GV-MNVR1000 System connect to the IP camera with H.265 codec, live view is inaccessible because their CPUs do not support AVX instruction sets.

Note: The same symptom also happens to any computer without AVX built-in processors.

Solution
To resolve the above-mentioned symptom, install the patch file below to access live view of H.265 IP Cameras.

To Install the Patch File

1. Close the GV-NVR and exit to Windows from GV-Desktop.
2. Make sure GV-NVR is updated to version 8.7.1.0. Download the patch file here.
3. Unzip the downloaded file.
4. Double click the GV-NVR_V8.7.1.0.v.02 program.

5. If the patch file is successfully installed, “Updated successfully” will appear.

6. Restart GV-NVR.
