Symptom
Starting up of GV-Control Center or the loading of Group List after clicking OK in Account Setup may take prolonged periods of time.

To resolve the above-mentioned symptom, follow the steps below.
- Close GV-Control Center.
- Go to GV-Control Center’s application directory and delete the initialization files “CtrCenter.ini” and “GroupPrivilege.ini.”
- Restart GV-Control Center.
WARNING:Deleting of the “CtrCenter.ini” and “GroupPrivilege.ini” initialization files results in the loss of the following settings previously configured:- All settings within System configure
- Live View layout settings
- Live View status settings
- Matrix settings
- Privilege settings within Group List
