Issue:
Remote ViewLog Can't Load Playback from VMS with Auth Server
Explanation:
In Control Center Host Settings, the user must check the "Use Remote Authentication Account" option in order for Control Center Remote ViewLog to connect to software like VMS and query playbacks.
Control Center Host Setting
Use Authentication Server Account Login ( Remeber Account is NOT allowed)
Use Local Account Login ( Remember Account is allowed )
