Symptom
The message “Access Denied Invalid Card” appears on the Access Monitor Window of GV-ASManager because enrolled cards fail to open the doors after restarting, or powering off and on the GV-AS Controllers listed above.
Solution
The above-mentioned symptom has been resolved in GV-AS 21 / 41 / 81 series Controller and GV-CS1320 Firmware V2.11, together with GV-ASManager V5.0.1.0. In order to do that, follow the two steps below:
Step 1: Download the firmware file V2.11 and GV-ASManager V5.0.1.0 from our website.

Step 2: After the firmware upgrade, right-click the controller in the Controller window from GV-ASManager and click Sync Controller to renew the controller’s data.
