[ Mobile ] Mobile App showing Camera Disabled when connected

Camera Disabled message would suggested one the followings:
- Camera is not enabled on the DVR/NVR system
- The user account used does not have the permission to access the camera.
Please kindly check your DVR/NVR system's camera status and the user account permission assigned.
