[Technical Notice] Auto Iris Issues with GV-VD3700 / 5700

Symptom
In random occasions, the auto iris lens of GV-VD3700 / 5700 can produce abnormal behavior after the camera is used over a period of time. Under such circumstances, the camera can go out of focus, resulting in the live image being blurred as the pictures shown below.
Solution
To resolve the issues, you can upgrade your GV-IP Camera firmware to version 1.07 without adjusting the image clarity manually:

Note:If the camera is already out of focus and you have moved the focus adjustment screw, you must still upgrade your GV-IP Camera firmware to version 1.07 and then set the focus adjustment screw again to regain the image clarify.
