Changing the Auto Iris Setting for Focal Adjustment
To adjust the focus of the P-Iris models, disable the Auto Iris function in advance and follow the instructions below to achieve optimal image quality.

Adjusting the focus while the P-Iris is on causes blurry camera images later when the illumination decreases, especially if the focal adjustment had not been done properly.

1. Log onto the Web interface of the GV-IP Camera.
2. In the left menu, select Streaming 1 under Video Settings and disable the Auto Iris function. Click Apply.

3. Adjust the camera focus as needed while the P-Iris remains disabled.
4. Enable the Auto Iris function again once you finish adjusting the camera.

5. A dialogue box appears once you select Enable. Click OK.
