Symptom
The firmware of GV-IO Box 8 / 16 Ports may fail to be upgraded, either through its Web interface or GV-Net Module Utility, when using
Windows 10.

Solution
The above-mentioned symptom may be due to a compatibility issue. To resolve this, follow the steps below.

1. Reboot your GV-IO Box 8 / 16 Ports.
2. Upgrade the firmware of your GV-IO Box, through its Web interface or GV-Net Module Utility, on either Windows XP or Windows 7.
3. Restart GV-IO Box 8 / 16 Ports.
