Symptom
Fisheye dewarping videos in ViewLog fail to be exported as AVI files on GV-VMS.

Solutions
Use the Remote ViewLog Service as a workaround to retrieve recordings from GV-VMS. Follow the steps below:

Note: You can only export one channel of fisheye dewarping videos as AVI files.

1. Download the GV-Remote ViewLog from http://www.geovision.com.tw/download/product/GV-VMS.
2. Type the connection information of GV-VMS and click OK.

3. On the GV-Remote ViewLog interface, select the desired GV-Fisheye Camera.

4. Select desired Video Events.

5. To enable fisheye dewarping, click View Mode, select Single View, select Geo Fisheye to choose Quad View, 360 degree, Dual 180 degree, or Single View.

6. Click Save as Avi.

7. Click OK to export the video.
