Symptom
Fisheye dewarping videos in ViewLog fail to be exported as AVI files on GV-VMS.
Solutions
Use the Remote ViewLog Service as a workaround to retrieve recordings from GV-VMS. Follow the steps below:
Note: You can only export one channel of fisheye dewarping videos as AVI files.

Solutions
Use the Remote ViewLog Service as a workaround to retrieve recordings from GV-VMS. Follow the steps below:
Note: You can only export one channel of fisheye dewarping videos as AVI files.
- Download the GV-Remote ViewLog from http://www.geovision.com.tw/download/product/GV-VMS.
- Type the connection information of GV-VMS and click OK.
- On the GV-Remote ViewLog interface, select the desired GV-Fisheye Camera.
- Select desired Video Events.
- To enable fisheye dewarping, click View Mode, select Single View, select Geo Fisheye to choose Quad View, 360 degree, Dual 180 degree, or Single View.
- Click Save as Avi.
- Click OK to export the video.
