Symptom 1
Pixelated images may appear on the live view of GV-Control Center, GV-Edge Recording Manager and GV-Center V2 and the matrix view of
GV-Control Center after repeatedly switching between main stream and sub stream when connecting to the GV-VMS.
Symptom 2
Main stream becomes un-switchable on the live view of GV-Control Center, GV-Edge Recording Manager and the matrix view of GV-Control Center after stopping all network servers from the user interface and then re-starting the GV-VMS.
Solutions
To solve such issues, install the patch file for GV-VMS. Follow the steps below:
- If your GV-VMS version is earlier than V16.10.3.0, upgrade your GV-VMS to V16.10.3.0 from the link: http://www.geovision.com.tw/download/product/GV-VMS
- Download the patch file from the link:
http://pd.geovision.tw/Ira/Patch%20file ... 0.0.07.zip - Unzip the downloaded GV-VMS16.10.3.0.0.07 program.
- Double-click the GV-VMS16.10.3.0.0.07 program.
- If the patch file is successfully installed, “Updated successfully.” will be displayed.
