[Technical Notice] Unable to Access GV-PPTZ7300’s Fisheye or Speed Dome Camera Images

Symptoms
An occasional failure of the image display may occur in either the fisheye or speed dome
cameras of GV-PPTZ7300, or the individual Web interface may not be accessible to change
the camera settings.

Resolutions

Method One
When you cannot see live view or lose camera connection, power off GV-PPTZ7300 before
rebooting it.

Method Two
If method one does not work, restore your GV-PPTZ7300 to factory default settings and then
reset the IP addresses of both fisheye and speed dome cameras. Make sure that both IP
addresses belong to the same network segment.
