[ ASManager ] ASManager V5.0.2.0, Win 7, ASManager does not send sound to I/O when it is on service mode -20180814

Issue:
Win 7, ASManager does not send sound to I/O when it is on service mode.
Root cause:
SPEC.
Solution:
Please suggest the clients to use Win8,10 or Win sever 2012R2 with ASManager to avoid the I/O Invoke Alarm no audio issue.
