[ ASManager ] ASManager V5.0.2.004, ASManager log receiving time, FR2020 crash -20180801

Issue:
1. Improve the the speed of the receiving log time on ASManager.
2. When FR2020 doesn't have enough storage capacity and someone tries to transmit the photos to FR2020, it will casue the FR2020 crash.

Root cause:
Software bug.

Solution:
GV-ASManager V5.0.2.004 Patch is ready.
