Issue:
Customer has several PPTZ7300 v1.02. The live view will freeze for 3~8 sec and plays speedly once it no longer freezing. Meaning that, the frames during the freeze were not lost. The issue remains, even after unplug the rest of the cameras.
Root Cause:
The issue is caused by gateway setting incorrect. Gateway IP is in different network segment as camera's IP address. Therefore, FE of the PPTZ7300 cannot found the SD and result in reseting the network settings every minutes. For example, the IP address is 10.0.0.XX, yet the gateway was set to 192.168.0.1. After modifying the gateway IP to 10.0.0.1, the issue is resolved.
