[ VMS ] VMS V17.1, Motion Recording Stops - 20180731

Issue:
There is a chance that due to a software error, VMS V17.1 motion recording might stop.
Root cause:
It's a software bug.
Patch / Procedure ( GV-VMS_V17.1.0.009 )
1. Stop all GV-VMS related software.
2. Apply GV-VMS_V17.1.0.009.exe
3. Restart VMS
Note: It's only applicable to VMS V17.1
