Issue:
Support New IPcam patch
- IR IP Speed Dome (GV-SD2723-IR / 2733-IR)

Solution (GV-DVRNVR_V8.7.4.013.zip):
1. Disable remote service on GV-DVR / NVR.
2. Close GV-DVR / NVR.
3. Download the patch file from the attachment.
4. Unzip the downloaded file.
5. Double-click the GV-DVRNVR_V8.7.4.013 program.
6. If the patch file is successfully installed, “Updated successfully.” will appear.
7. Restart GV-DVR / NVR.
