[ Remote ] Remote ViewLog V17.1.0, Fisheye Dewarp black screen, Time Not Sync - 20180705

Issue:
1. Remote ViewLog V17.1.0, Fisheye Dewarp black screen
2. Remote ViewLog V17.1.0, Daylight Saving Time cause playback having 1 hour off with the actual time.

Root Cause:
It's software bugs

Patch / Procedure ( GV-RemoteViewlog_V17.1.0.001 ):
1. Stop all GeoVision related software
2. Apply GV-RemoteViewlog_V17.1.0.001.exe
3. Restart GV-Remote Viewlog
