[ ASManager ] CS1320 door bell push notification not working? - 20180705

Sympton:
CS1320 was setup in ASManager to send push notification, but not able to receive notification on GV-Access app on mobile phone?
Applied to:
ASManager
GV-Access app (iOS/Android)
Solutions:
1. Check the port forwarding making sure port 2195 (TCP) is opened under firewall and router
2. Make sure the devices were listed into Receivers list in Push Notification. 3. Close ASManager to locate and remove C:\Access Control\ASManager\InputCard.bin
When done launch ASManager again and retry.
InputCard.bin is a library used for push notification, removing the file will reset the server and it will download automatically again when push notification service is used.
