[ ASManager ] ASManager v5.0.2.0, CS1320 v2.2, invalid card, sync controller - 20180430

Issue:
We have had two cases now where employees will scan at a CS1320 and get an access denied: invalid card error. I've checked and the users and cards are all valid and on valid schedules. The way I got it to work again was to go into ASManager and right click sync controllers. Both times this put everything back in working order. Any idea why this happens, and ideas on how to prevent it from happening again?
Root Cause:
We have changed the communicating protocol between ASManager and CS1320. After the upgrade, user will need to sync the controller with ASManager. Otherwise, the issue above may occurs.
