[ Video Server ] GV-28XX_V105 , Motion detection fail, Non-IE browser - 20180427

Issue:
1.Cannot use Non-IE browser to see the icon of the web.
2. Motion detection fail when connecting the device to Avigilon through ONVIF.
Root cause:
Software bug.
Solution:
GV- VS2820_2800 F/W is ready.
