GV FAE Knowledge

Issue:
1. There is a chance that delay in data transmission from program buffer can cause frame drop, and result in Control Center V3.5 matrix getting flashes of a green or gray screen.

2. If the delays continue, it will eventually cause delays in Control Center V3.5 Matrix live views.

3. GV-ERM live view delayed / pixeled in motion.

NOTE: This is an issue is also related to GV-Control Center V3.5.0.007 Patch.
GV-Control Center V3.5.0.007 patch needs to also be applied to Control Center.

Solution:
Patch / Procedure ( GV-VMS_V16.12.0.114.exe ):
1. Close all GV-VMS related software
2. Apply GV-VMS Service Pack 2 if haven't applied it.

3. Apply this patch
GV-VMS_V16.12.0.114.exe
4. Restart VMS

Patch / Procedure ( GV-Control Center V3.5.0.007 ):
1. Close all GV-Control Center related software
3. Apply this patch
GV-Control Center V3.5.0.007.exe
4. Restart VMS
