I would like to add a fisheye camera to my setup, but looking on the manual seems just Geovision IP cameras are supported and the camera I would like to buy is from another vendor (but is ONVIF profile S). Could you gently tell me if I can use it on my GV-SNVR0411/0811?

Yes, the fisheye view of your third party camera can be dewarpped by SNVR0411/0811. However, since it is not a GeoVision Fisheye, we do not gurantee for the performance.
