[ SNVR] SNVR0411 V2.41, Can't see the recording with an X in the middle of the image - 20180329

Issue:
Can't see the recording from GV-Eye V2.5 that connect to SNVR0411 f/w V2.41 2017-08-14 with an X in the middle of the image.

Root cause:
Hardware spec.

Solution:
1. Change the IP address of SNVR. Due to we cannot check who is trying to see the number of playback connections that connect to SNVR, so if you change the IP address of SNVR you can issolate the other connections which you are unsure .
2. Change the password of SNVR, you will need to reboot SNVR after you change the password of SNVR.

Note:
* SNVR0411 Playback only allows 2 connections.
* SNVR0411 Live View only allows 3 connections (eg., SNVR web interface 3 pages)
* Check if the SNVR hard drive is successfully formatted, its icon should be marked with a green tick, the“Normal” message appears and when the hard drive status displays other value instead of 0, replace the hard drive with a new one to ensure proper video recording.
