[ SNVR] SNVR1600 V1.25, connect too slow by QRCode, GV-Remote viewlog fail, HDD error- 20180327

Issue:
1. If you try to scan QRCode on SNVR1600, all the version of GV-Eye can get the info from SNVR1600, but live view takes a long time to display image.
2. All version of GV-Remote Viewlog fail to connect SNVR1600, you will encounter the condition below,
- Cannot connect to SNVR1600.
- You can connect to SNVR1600, but unable to load playabck.
- You will get database error messgae.
Root cause:
Software bug.
Solution:
1. To fix issue #1, please apply SNVR beta F/W v1.25 2017-11-29
2. There are two solutions to fix Issue #2,
- Update Remote Viewlog to V16.11.3.0
- Use SNVR Viewer, but need to upgrade SNVR to beta F/W v1.25 2017-11-29
