[ VMS ] GV-VMS V16.11, can't save the path in Nero Express, Can't Paste video - 20180306

Issue:
When Windows UAC is turned on, it will cause GV-VMS to not have to permission to save the burning software path, and disable the 'paste the backup log' function in VMS Backup feature.

Root Cause:
It's a software bug.

Patch / Procedure ( GV-VMS_V16.12.0.110.exe ):
1. Close all GV-VMS related software
2. Apply GV-VMS Service Pack 2 if haven't applied it.

3. Apply this patch
GV-VMS_V16.12.0.110.exe
4. Restart VMS

* Patch is only for VMS v16.11
