Issue:
Control Center V3.4, Matrix doesn't display POS text overlay in Stream 1

Root Cause:
GPU decoding and codec issue that cause the text overlay not display properly.

Solution:
Please apply the patch below or upgrade to GV-Control Center V3.5

Patch / Procedure ( GV-Control Center V3.4.0.101.exe ):

1. Make sure to have Control Center V3.4.0.0 release version
2. Close all GV-Control Center related program
3. Apply the service pack from the link below, if haven't
viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1403
4. Apply GV-ControlCenter_V3.4.0.101.exe

Note: Only applicable to GV-Control Center V3.4
