[ ASManager ] ASManager V5.0.2.0, GeoWebServer.exe Crash, Can't configure the break time on TA Web -20180306

Issue:
1. GeoWebServer.exe Crash.
2. Fix the brektime can't be accepted within the working schedule that cross the day.
3.Due to Google Play is not available in China. In V5.0.2.001 Patch, will support Baidu Service on ASManager and GV-Access.
With this Baidu Service, the client can configure CS1320 Push Notification on ASManager if they had downloaded GV-Access on their smart phones.
Root cause:
Software bug.
Solution:
GV-ASManager V5.0.2.001 Patch is ready.
