[ VMS ] GV-VMS V16.11, ASManager, Text Overlay is not showing GV-Control Center - 20180207

Issue:
Text overlay sent from ASManage to GV-VMS V16.11 is not showing on GV-Control Center's stream 1 live views.

Note:
1. However, text overlay will work on GV-Control Center stream 2 live views
2. ASManager text overlay to GV-VMS, works both streams live views

Root Cause:
It's a software bug.

Patch / Procedure ( GV-VMS_V16.12.0.107.exe ):
1. Close all GV-VMS related software
2. Apply GV-VMS Service Pack 2 if haven't applied it.

3. Apply this patch
GV-VMS_V16.12.0.107.exe
4. Restart VMS

Note: This patch is only for GV-VMS V16.11
