[ VMS ] GV-Cloud Center, Unable to get playback on the portal or the app - 20180207

Issue:
Unable to get playback on the GV-Cloud Center portal or the GV-Notify App from VMS v16.11
Root Cause:
When Cloud Center account name is longer than 32 characters, it will cause the playback program to crash
Patch / Procedure ( GV-VMS_V16.12.0.105.exe ):
1. Close all GV-VMS related software
2. Install VMS v16.11
2. Apply GV-VMS Service Pack 2 if haven't applied it.

3. Apply patch GV-VMS_V16.12.0.105
4. Restart VMS
