[ LPR ] LPC2210 v1.01, out of focus, after reboot, object too close - 20180206
Posted: February 6th, 2018, 8:52 pm
Issue:
Out of focus after reboot in LPC2210 under the following condition 1) low light conditions or 2) power shortage while recognition target is within closed range.
Root cause:
LPC2210 is for long distance usage. Its lens' focal length is 9mm ~ 22mm, which converts to a distance between camera and object is 14 m ~ 21 m. In clients' case, the distance between LPC2210 and objects is within 10 m, which is out of our suggested range. That causes camera to lose its focus after reboot.
Solution:
Please upgrade the F/W to v1.04 or later.
