[ DVR/NVR ] v8.74, Support New IP Camera, ONVIF, cannot use input I/O - 20180206

Issue:
1. Support New IPcam patch
- Bullet IP Camera (GV-ABL2701 / BL2702-3V / BL2702-4V / BL2702-5V / BL4702 / BL4713 / BL5713)
- Mini Fixed Rugged IP Dome (GV-ADR2701)
- Target Eyeball Dome (GV-EBD2702 / 4711)
- Target Bullet Camera (GV-EBL4711)
- Vandal Proof Dome (GV-VD2712 / 4712)
- Video Server (GV-VS2401 / 21600)
2. Cannot use input when connecting to camera's I/O through ONVIF.
Solution (GV-DVRNVR_V8.7.4.008.zip):
1. Disable remote service on GV-DVR / NVR.
2. Close GV-DVR / NVR.
3. Download the patch file from the attachment.
4. Unzip the downloaded file.
5. Double-click the GV-DVRNVR_V8.7.4.008 program.
6. If the patch file is successfully installed, “Updated successfully.” will appear.
7. Restart GV-DVR / NVR.
