Q. When connecting AHD camera to VS2420, I get a black image?
Q. Due to decoding chip compatibility support, new models of AHD cameras will show up black when
connecting to VS2420. This can be corrected by updating VS2420 to firmware version 1.07 or later version.
VS2820 is not affected by this.
