Issue:
When the clients adjust the Camera Bit Rate with respect to license plate recognition via ASManager LPR Plugin, it might cause the PC loading increase with this approach, and affect the outcome of the recognized lanes slightly changed compare to the SPEC that we have stipulated from GeoVision.
Solution:
The above system requirements were determined with a bit rate of 2 Mbits for 1.3 MP resolution and 2 MP resolution.
