Q. What folder and files should I set to exclude in my Anti-virus software?
A. Please configure Anti-Virus to exclude the following folders.
1. installed GV-System folder(ex: C:\GV-VMS\)
2. C:\Windows\IPCAMX\
3. C:\Windows\GeoOCX\
