Q. When trying to export card list as excel in ASManager, a "Connect failed" message will show up. Also, when exporting the list to *.xls, a *.srf file is exported which cannot be opened by Excel?
A. Due to recent Windows update, ASManger has problem communicating with the ODBC database.
To correct this, please download and install Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 on the ASManager PC.
