Issue:
ASManage V4.4.1, "database cannot be opened, run asdbmanager.exe" when open

Suggestion:
Try to perform “Compact Database” and see if the issue remains.

1. Run ASMiniService in ASManager installation folder to close all ASManager related processes.
2. Launch ASDBManager in the same folder
3. Select ASManager Database Setting -> Compact Database.
