[ AS Hardware ] FR2020, password of the user, sync with other FR2020 - 20170930

Question:
Is it possible to set a user password at ASManager instead of at FR2020? For instance, if the customer has 100 FR2020, it would be cumbersome to go each reader to set the password for the same user.
Answer:
No. You will need to manually setup the password in FR2020 one by one.
To sync the user password from one to another, please follow the steps below.
1. Insert the USB into the FR2020.
2. Go to Menu>User>Download or press 3 to download the user data.
3. Go to another FR2020 and insert the USB.
4. Go to Menu>User>Upload or press 4 to upload the user data
NOTE : The password will be erased if you click Sync GeoFace in ASManager.
Since the user password is designed for temporary use, such as visitors, it is not able to sync with ASManager currently.
