[ IP Camera ] PPTZ7300, subnet mask, SD drops out - 20170930

Issue:
Speed Dome camera of PPTZ7300 is unstable when the subnet mask is set to 255.255.255.224. The following issue may occurs.
1. No webpage/configure option after clicking SD camera in IP Device Utility.
2. Can’t see SD option after go to FE>Configure in IP Device Utility.
3. No SD view in PPTZ7300’s two camera web interface.
4. SD can’t be connected to VMS v16.11.
5. Connection of SD may time out for a while, when using ping –t IP address command to check the connection status.
