[ VMS ] VMS v16.11 takes more than one hour to get the camera live view - 20170930

Issue:
VMS v16.10.3 with 25 cameras connected (GV x 22 & Samsung x 3) takes more than one hour to get the camera live view shown up on the monitor. However, everything is working just fine with GV-NVR 8.73. (Same hardware and network environment)

Root Cause:
Software bug

Patch / Procedure (GV-VMS_V16.11.0.006):

1. Download the patch file
2. Unzip the patch file
3. Execute the file named "GV-VMS_V16.11.0.006.exe"
