Issue:
VMS v16.11, GV-BL3411 F/W v3.03, 3.10, GV-Eye v2.4, GV-Eye is unable auto focus BL3411 via VMS

Root Cause:
The Focus command only gives Start without Stop. Therefore, Auto Focus does not work properly. Since the related command is given by DMIPCServer, WebCam, Control Center, ERM, GV-Eye has the same issue when connected to VMS to operate the Motorized Camera.

Patch / Procedure ( GV-VMS_16.11.0.007.zip ):
1. Close VMS v16.11 and related programs
2. Unzip and run the following file
- GV-VMS_V16.11.0.007.exe
3. Restart VMS.

Note: Only for VMS v16.11, and this issue will also be fixed in GV-VMS v17.1
