Q. When launching myGVCloud camera app in Windows 10, it pops up a Direct X 10.1 requirement message?
A. User should firstly verify if the VGA chip is compatible with Direct X 10.
User can use dxdiag command to verify the VGA device use and then further consult with the manufacturer for confirmation.
