Question:
What to do when POS shows gibberish text?
Answer:
To filter the useless character, please provide the followings.
A. TeamViewer connection
B. Two or more pictures of physical invoice.
C. Please follow the steps below to provide .bin2 files generated by POS Text Sender
1. Accessories -> POS Application -> POS Device Setup 2. Device -> Modify -> Make sure "Trace Mode" is checked. 3. C:\Windows -> POSTrace -> Copy all of the files in the folder and send them to us. Reference:
